Kennington's is an incredible home and guest house nestled in the Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson, Mississippi. You'll have 7 Beds, 5 baths and 2 half baths all to yourself. Upstairs in the main house there are 4 en-suite king bedrooms. Downstairs there are 2 half baths. The carriage house contains 2 additional queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. Rental includes exclusive use of the pool, grounds and parking for up to 7 vehicles. We charge a cleaning fee and no other fees.Â

Due to the size and versatility of this property, we can decrease the cleaning fees for small groups. This fee is 100% passed thru to our cleaner and will never fall outside of the range of $150-$350 unless we are charged for excessive cleaning.  Please let us know if you have a small number of guests so we can adjust the default rate accordingly.Â
